About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to pcs-pools.com and to the optional text messaging program operated by PCS Pools, LLC ("PCS Pools", "we", "us"), a custom pool builder at 1210 Seminole Blvd, Largo, FL 33770. Website use

Content on this site is for general information about our custom pool design and construction services in the Tampa Bay area. Project examples, timelines, pricing examples and financing illustrations are not guarantees. Financing, when offered, is through third-party lenders and is subject to credit approval; terms vary.

Quotes and project communications

Submitting a quote or contact form asks us to respond about your project. You may leave optional text-message consent unchecked and still submit the form. We may still contact you by phone or email about your request using the contact details you provide.

PCS Pools text messaging program

If you opt in to texts on our website forms (or another clearly disclosed method), you may receive messages from PCS Pools at the mobile number you provide.

Non-marketing / service messages (only if you select that optional checkbox): quote responses, appointment reminders, scheduling, and project updates.
Marketing messages (only if you select that separate optional checkbox): special offers, discounts, and service updates.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt out and get help

You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact us at pete@pcs-pools.com or (727) 609-8089.

Consent is optional

Text-message consent is optional and is not a condition of requesting a quote or purchasing services. Marketing and non-marketing text consent are separate choices and are never pre-selected on our website forms.

Privacy

Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for their marketing.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed.
